Exodus 31:1-5 (KJV)
1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: 3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, 4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.

Bezaleel is a man that God called and filled with all kinds of wisdom.

7 is the symbol of completion in numbers and it’s the number of perfection.

The 3 of the Spirit of God in vs was given to Bezaleel.

Jesus was the only one that was given the fullness of the spirit.

Isaiah 11:1-2 (KJV)
1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: *2 And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;*

These are the 7 Spirits of God.

Isaiah 11:3 (KJV)
3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord:
and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

The Messiah will be of quick perception and understanding.

Daniel 12:1-4 (KJV)

1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. 2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. 4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Knowledge shall be increased – Means that Gods going to release more information and se men to acquire this information being given.
